Superior Credit Union wanted a website that focused on members and their needs. We developed a concept that utilized all the testimonials Superior Credit Union had accumulated. These testimonials help drive Superior Credit Union's message, that they can help with any financial need. We utilized a large area on the home page dedicated to all testimonials. We also strategically incorporated them in specific sections throughout the website. Prominent calls-to-action are placed at the top of the content on inside pages. Making it easier for members and potential members to take the next step or contact the credit union with more questions. To incorporate a human element and develop member relationships, we included sections for branch manager bios on specific locations pages. To help drive engagement, video is utilized throughout the site.
