Changing to full color statements does not have to cost a fortune anymore! Lennox ECU found this out recently when they asked about how they could present their statements to their Members using the onsert ad area more effectively and asked if this area could be shown to their Members in color? Yes, graphical ads really do POP on the statements when in color and do get noticed. The statement always gets read, and if there is a promotion going on, why not advertise it right on the statement? Inserts may not always get read, but onserts always do! The CU took the opportunity to not just use color on the onsert ad but switched to full color, doing away with the need for statement forms that need to be printed and stored for the CU, thus saving money, as full color statements print on blank paper! The CU has had a very positive response from their Membership since making the switch.
