LKCS has always printed and mailed InTouch Credit Union’s Skip-A-Pay pieces, but this time the credit union reached out to us for design help as well. They suggested a general holiday lights idea and supplied the supporting text. We found a graphic that we felt would provide great emotional appeal, but it would mean changing the theme and reworking the headline and supporting text. The credit union was open to our suggestions, so we developed a direct mail piece centered around a Christmas cookie theme. The cover photo captures the excitement of the season and ties into the Skip-A-Pay sweet treat concept. The direct mail piece opens to decorated cookies within a Christmas border. The verbiage was completely reworked to match the overall theme of the piece. The gift cookie was even repeated as a teaser element on the mail panel.
