BFCU contacted LKCS to refresh their existing billboard. The customer wanted to keep the existing copy, but thought the billboard looked too busy when combined with multiple emergency vehicles. We thought the idea of stress was a concept that everyone could relate to on some personal level. The challenge was how to represent police, fire, and ambulance services with this theme. The best solution seemed to be the most obvious: the flashing lights. This one visual best captured the intensity of the job – responding to an emergency. We also reworked all the content to match the brand established with their website and incorporated a URL for joining the credit union.
