The Pacific Northwest is a great place to pull inspiration from for a credit union website redesign, and that is exactly what we did for Fibre Federal Credit Union.

Website Design Changes

We incorporated a wave-like element to give the website a more natural feel, then used that same element to create movement with animation. This was applied both as a main navigation micro-animation for user feedback and as a scrolling animation on the home page.

To help drive membership growth, we prominently featured how Fibre supports its local communities. We added social proof by featuring testimonials on the home page. And on inside pages, we continued using the wave element and included a spinning badge on each page to draw attention to important product and service details.

We also added multiple sets of tabs on the inside pages to help streamline content. This allows Fibre to present information in a way that doesn’t overwhelm users.

Finally, we wove in subtle elements from the Pacific Northwest throughout the website to tie everything together.
